Glenn Arnold has extensive experience working with people offering career guidance and planning and managing client relationships with major organisations.

Prior to establishing Arnold Group Australia, Glenn had over 17 years experience in operational Insurance and Recruitment management positions for medium and large service organisations.

Central to these positions was working with people to achieve individual and organisational objectives. Initially, responding to a gap in the Victorian market for a recruitment provider conversant with the practices of Insurance and Safety, Glenn believes in the capability to deliver an unparalleled personalised service, Glenn Arnold, founder and owner, established Arnold Group Australia in 2002 following a notable career employed in the Insurance and Recruitment sectors. Michael Cichocki has close to ten years experience in the recruitment field and has recruitment experience at both operational and executive levels. Michael Cichocki joined Safety People Australian in October 2004 to further increase our presence in the OH&S recruitment field. Michael has been recruiting OH&S professionals since 2002 covering all levels of OH&S positions in a permanent, contract and temporary capacity.

Michael delivers a high level of knowledge within the OH&S and Workers Compensation fields. His specialist experience provides him with the foundation to develop client service solutions to often challenging and complex recruitment assignments. Margaret La originally joined the iPeople division in June 2007 and as of July 2011 has eagerly transferred to the Safety People team as Account Manager.  She has a double degree in Marketing and Management from MonashUniversity, and has had more than 10 years full time experience in Account management, sales, and administration.

Margaret has had success recruiting in a variety of areas, including safety, quality, administration, finance, and other corporate roles for a wide range of industries.

With a thorough and thoughtful approach Margaret is able to tailor her recruitment style to understand and assist with your individual staffing needs and specifications.

Belinda Harding joined The Arnold Group in early 2010 to manage the Contracting Services portfolio and to establish a solid team of candidates for both our existing and new clients to access.

Belinda's recruiting experience is strong acorss the board sector of business support roles both in Melbourneand overseas. Recruiting both contract and permanent positions, Belinda has predominantly focused on roles within Health Care, Industrial adn FMCG sectors. Expediency and flexbility are key elements of an On Hire portfolio and Belinda has a keen sense of urgency when assisting our clients, bringing a high standard of delivery and personal approach to her work.
