Central to these positions was working with people to achieve individual and organisational objectives. Initially, responding to a gap in the Victorian market for a recruitment provider conversant with the practices of Insurance and Safety, Glenn believes in the capability to deliver an unparalleled personalised service, Glenn Arnold, founder and owner, established Arnold Group Australia in 2002 following a notable career employed in the Insurance and Recruitment sectors. Now into its seventh year of operation, Arnold Group Australia under Glenn’s stewardship continues to grow and succeed, expanding its superior service to clients nationwide.
Michael Cichocki has close to ten years experience in the recruitment field and has recruitment experience at both operational and executive levels. Michael Cichocki joined Safety People Australian in October 2004 to further increase our presence in the OH&S recruitment field. Michael has been recruiting OH&S professionals since 2002 covering all levels of OH&S positions in a permanent, contract and temporary capacity.
Michael delivers a high level of knowledge within the OH&S and Workers Compensation fields. His specialist experience provides him with the foundation to develop client service solutions to often challenging and complex recruitment assignments. With a strong Account Management focus, dedication to quality and customer service Michael is a committed individual who has strong attention to detail and the desire to get the job done right the first time.
